Linear Arrangement of Prestressed Reinforcement of Depressed Chamber Slab

坞式闸室底板预应力筋线形布置研究

Abstract: Taking a certain ship lock engineering in Jiangsu as the research object,four types of linear arrangement of prestressed reinforcement of the depressed chamber slab are put forward,according to arrangement principles of the prestressed reinforcement and stress characteristics of the depressed chamber structure. Comparisons among arrangement schemes are made from the aspects of the prestressed effect,the loss of prestress,the feasibility of construction,etc. The linear arrangement schemes of prestressed reinforcement are simulated and analyzed by ANSYS finite element software. The calculation results indicate that the proposed linear arrangement scheme of prestressed reinforcement can effectively decrease the tensile stress values and uneven settlement,control the crack of concrete,and also reduce the consuming amount of concrete and steel bar.

摘要: 结合江苏某船闸工程实例,依据预应力钢筋的布置原则及坞式闸室结构的受力特点,提出了4 种闸室底板预 应力筋的布置形式,从预应力施加效果、预应力损失、施工可行性等方面对各布置方案进行了比较,并通过ANSYS 有限元软件对布筋方案进行了模拟分析。计算结果表明: 采用的预应力钢筋线形布置能有效减小底板的拉应力和 不均匀沉降,控制混凝土开裂,并能减少混凝土及钢筋用量。
